Share photographs of the existing floor and the rooms involved, along with approximate dimensions. Describe the change you want and any visible concerns. Existing surfaces and what lies beneath them may affect the preparation and work that can be included.
Connect the finish to the rest of the room
Bring any flooring samples or product information you are considering. Discuss how the floor meets doors, stairs, cabinetry and adjoining rooms, and whether other renovation work is planned. The material and site requirements need to be reviewed before scheduling.

Can I contact GUS for a flooring project on its own?
Yes. GUS accepts standalone flooring enquiries as well as flooring within a wider renovation. Include your location, the rooms involved and the finish you are considering so Dean can review the proposed scope.
What information helps with a flooring estimate?
Send room dimensions, photographs of the existing floor, your preferred material if known and your timing. Mention furniture, occupied rooms and related work that could affect access. The estimate depends on the agreed material, preparation and site conditions.
