Can you help with drawings and permits?
Dean is a certified architectural draftsman and can provide a drawing set for a city permit application where required. Final requirements and approvals are determined by the relevant authority for each project.
Who will work on my project?
Dean leads a dedicated team of licensed tradesmen, including electricians, plumbers and HVAC specialists. The trades required for your scope are discussed during planning.
How is the schedule agreed?
The proposed scope, site conditions, materials and trade availability are discussed before agreeing a schedule. Ask the team how milestones and any changes will be communicated.
Can I see your previous work?
