The form collects the name, email, optional phone number, project area, service, message and any optional budget, timing or site-visit request you provide. GUS uses this information to respond to your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details or sensitive identity documents.

Where information goes

Enquiries are stored on the website server and can be viewed by authorised team members. Notification emails contain your enquiry and are sent through the configured email provider. The website and email service are operated by hosting and email providers on behalf of GUS. Contact GUS for details of the active providers, processing locations and retention arrangements.

Cookies and security

Necessary cookies protect forms and keep authorised team members signed in. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Limited security records help restrict repeated sign-in attempts.

Project photographs

Only publish photographs you have permission to share. Uploaded photographs are processed to remove embedded metadata. Draft projects are not publicly listed.
